  Walked in, cashier has no customers. Started to give an order. She says She can't take it. It has to go through the kiosk. She said she can help with it. No. When I walk into a fast food place and cannot talk to a free person but a machine, I am done with that place

  That self order machine asking too many questions. When did taco bell start asking you to customize your food. I could have went to subway for that

  Claim they couldn’t serve me my order and when I offered a resolution they just walked away.

  Couldn't order because semi can't go through drive though and they lie and say there open right next to truck stop.

  Koo spot but they wouldn’t give me my drinks without ice saying that they couldn’t alter the drink in any way. Almost made me walk out but I was hungry. Never had this issue before. Swift service and polite employees. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾
