Then once I got there I had to wait another 8 for the operator to come back to me. Meanwhile the inside was empty. I would think maybe they were understaffed but I hear 2-3 people inside talking. Luckily it didn't take long for them to make my food but the point of fast food is that ideally you are in and out in under 10 min.
