  We sat and waited on an order we placed online for 20 minutes while the employees walked around laughing and cussing. Very rude and very unprofessional! Cars were wrapped around the building and they weren’t in a hurry.

  Came through to get food as was the only place open staff was outside the building all rushing in win I pulled into the taco bell parking lot food took awhile to get im assuming because they weren't ready but still

  The morning/day shift people are great! But EVERY time I come after 5 someone always manages to mess up half my order. You guys need someone back there at night that actually gives a damn.

  Worst service!!! Never order unless you want to drive to store to complain half of your food is miss and cold!!! This 2nd time and I’ve had no response to my missing food, paid delivery or tip!! Big mistake!! Boycotting Herrin Taco Bell!!!!!! Ride service in drive thru with exception of a sweet blonde lady. Never napkins sauces you have to pay for, always missing!
