  Lousy service, stood at the counter for no one to take my order and had to order on the computer and paid ( a customer pointed it out to me) just for them to not make the order till I asked for it so had to wait again. Would have been nice for someone to tell me they had a computer for me to put in my own order , but the next people that came in went up to the counter and they took their order. Finally get food and it's wasn't all there but at this point just want to leave. The place needed cleaned and the bathroom was completely disgusting. No soap in the soap dispenser and that was after the manager just walked out without flushing and being in their 15 min, with no soap in there I don't see how any hands got washed. People could definitely be more helpful with a more pleasant demeanor

  We stopped by this morning at 12:30 am and saw 3 employees in the parking lot visibly passing a blunt around, the smell was incredibly strong and gross throughout the parking lot. Once we got to the speaker we were told they could not take our order.

  I order from here weekly before going to work myself. The past 4 weeks my order, which is always the same has been made since wrong. I've called each time and of course go the next day for a replacement. However, today not only was it made wrong, it had zero meat. Basically I paid $12 for a bowl of black beans and veggies. Called and was argued with by some kid in the phone that he made it himself and basically called me a liar. The Manager was not any better. I called corporate after being hung up on. I work in Customer Service and this should never be tolerated. I realize it's fast food but cmon.

  I ordered the chicken bowl. The chicken was burnt and hard as a rock. I couldn't even chew it.

  If you oder food on the app or with doordash they take there time making it they need to hire more people and use both the food stations not just one took almost an hour to get my food never again till they either hire more people
