  My husband talked me into this again. This is the third time our order has been wrong after putting the order in on the website (not mobile app). This time we ordered 4 burritos and 2 tacos. We got 1 taco and 2 burritos we did order, and 3 other burritos we didn't. All labeled special/breakfast so we had to open every one to see what we were missing. Mucho Loco would never do this to me.

  Horrible place to eat. Using the app they will steal your money, forcing you to drive an hour away to whatever restraint they decided to send your order to. Eat here if you like dehydrated beans mixed with water throughout the day, meat that comes in a plastic bag and is heated in a large tub of water, potatoes that have been sitting for hours… it goes on and on. Never eat here before noon, they use the leftovers from the night before by adding a little water to “rehydrate”

  The young man who took our order was nice. Service was just fine. BUT (and I am a big Taco Bell fan) The food was really subpar. We had 2 quesadillas. Both hardly had anything in them. One was just barely cut (not even close to through) and the cuts were like 2 tiny slivers and one huge piece. The other quesadilla wasnt cut at all. Ordered a bean burrito. It had a tiny bit of beans. On a bean burrito. Hardly any. Not even close to burrito sized. Worst one I have ever had. The only bright spot...the tacos were decent.
