  The "virtual drive-thru assistant" is utter garbage. Honestly, one star is being generous, and it is only because the people working there are not completely incompetent and unwilling to work with you. But somehow they ruined the food so terribly that it was practically inedible; the one star is only for the chips and cheese, because it would really be something awful if they messed up the chips and cheese. Please just drive to Johnston St. location, I know it's miles away but it's worth it. And never order at the Drive-Thru, the app is the only thing left that is worth going to Taco Bell IF the food is any good.

  Trash, went last night 10/3, drive thru lady rude as can be. They were using 2 liters to dill drink orders. Disorganized, crappy service. If I wanted a 2 liter soda id have gone to the store myself

  This Taco Bell is hit or miss on food portions. Sometimes I get P-E-R-F-E-C-T-I-O-N and sometimes no meat. I love it when it is Perfect and hate it when all I get is a cracker.
