  Every time I go here it seems the food gets smaller and smaller. 5 layer beefy cheese whatever and it was still smaller than their cheesy bean and rice burrito

  I pay for extra sour cream on both of my burritos. I check my burrito and show the employee there is only a small amount of sour cream and it only on the very last bite/bottom of the burrito. Since I paid extra for both and did not get it I then ask can I please get a container of sour cream? Employee says ok and walks away. Manager comes to the window “so what do you want? With a glare on her face. I said a container of sour cream?? They come back silent with a crappy look on their face with the smallest , sorriest amount of sour cream. Acting like it comes out of their check or something. I literally paid extra and didn’t get the bare minimum. Literally go anywhere else. You can really tell when people hate their job.

  Staff was pleasant despite telling me that my order was four orders deep and there is no way to know how long that would be. Maybe 4 or 5 employees at 827pm on a Friday night. Whoever owns these sure gives zeros craps about speedy service. This is fast food, yet you cannot never get you food fast at night and any of the taco bells in town.
