  Stood inline over 15 mi s on one person to take your orders while 30 high school kids waited for there order..then the food made me sick I won't be back. .taco bell spends billions to get u in the door then won't pay to have enough employees to take your money

  The cleanest most efficient taco bell with the freshest food that I have ever been to. I have been coming here a while but today it was so good I was wondering why I never left a review. Big order done when I ordered online and it was so hot and fresh I just can't explain how great it was. This is whay you want every time you go to taco bell. Wonderfully ran store!

  Could have used less lettuce and tomatoes. Makes it hard to eat in the car lol. Other than that they were great

  By far the best Taco Bell experience I've had. Otherwise I probably wouldn't feel any need to post. Taco Bell in Auburn went above and beyond with our order. I used the app this time which I don't normally do and when I got there my order was being packaged up and everything labeled with such precision I was taken back. Food was hot. The meal deals were even bagged separately and sealed with labels on the bag and no need to open and sort through it before driving away like I usually do. The order was 100% accurate despite being the largest Taco Bell order I've ever made.The environment just friendly and match the convenience as well as the cleanliness provided for my family. a big thank you to the girls working that afternoon!

  I placed my order at Taco Bell on Hwy. 49. When I got home the large Pepsi I ordered and paid for was not in my order. I called that same Taco Bell, and the person who answered the phone told us, "Come back and I will give you your drink." We live 8 miles from that Taco Bell. The next day my husband was going to Taco Bell close to Weinschitzel, so therefore, I called that Taco Bell and told the manager what happened and let her know my husband would be coming through their drive-through to place an order, and asked if they would give him the large Pepsi that was left out of our order the day before, being that he was coming to that location?" She, the manager said, "No, you'll have to go back to 49 to get it." I called back and let her know that, in my opinion, that is not good customer service. Do people in sales not know what good customer service is? Bad customer service is a pet peeve of mine! I've worked in sales in many different areas and I know how far it goes.
