  Wasn’t able to order I didn’t k ow how to use the machine and the lady said that nobody was capable of taking my order and if I didn’t use the machine I couldn’t buy food here so I left …. Lazy employees use the machine as a crutch so they don’t have to do anything totally unacceptable mainly making this review so hopefully corporate sees how they are rejecting customers here who came into this establishment with money ready to spend but were forced to leave …

  Terrible customer service- I had coupons that I had gotten for terrible customer service and was told that I could use one per person in my order. So I ordered, told them I had coupons and then at the window was told I could only use two of the four coupons and they charged me for the rest. Very rude.

  Im not usually the type to leave reviews but this is Ridiculous. We pay for our food and taco bell is already pricey for my chalupa to have ONLY 4 pieces of steak is not okay!
