  so disappointed. Ordered before 3pm waited at counter for several minutes watched the woman prepare part of my order. After seeing multiple people pick up their food, I’m still waiting for part of mine. By 3:10, I stepped outside, suddenly a text comes through order ready for pickup at 3:11. this order was for multiple people waiting for me in the car parked outside. We all notice the food just isn’t hot as claimed to have just gotten out of the fryer. This is the 2nd time recently we’ve ordered the same items and I cannot believe how awful this experience was. I know it’s just taco bell but considering how expensive everything is now, I would think it would be good to maintain good overall experience so people keep coming back but I guess not everyone agrees. The gentleman who did the refund for me was kind and understanding.

  The person on the drive thru did not understand what I was ordering. It was really annoying.👎👎

  Employees tend to go out of their way to avoid eye contact. I'm not sure if to thwart purchase or just to take their time and hang out.

  Probably last time eating tocobell everytime I make a mobile app order get the bread dry/ stuff left out. And my stomach feels weird every time! and get heart pinches after eating i thought i was trippin the first few times properly because there beef is only 30% beef and the rest if sometypa silicone. If you order switch to chicken instead. But anyway stay safe yall and rather go get some Dave's hot chicken or something else instead.

  This is evil for Doordashers. I didn’t receive any service. The first couple of times I rang it no one answered. Then someone said they’d be right with me and never were. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes. I’m a rule follower and it’s looking like I’m going to have to go through the drive through. I don’t understand how another person working for below minimum wage could do this to another. Taco Bell, get rid of this window and let us come through the drive thru like humans.
