  Someone or multiple people need to get fired from this place, or there needs to be new management. Every online order we’ve placed drinks are missing, the orders wrong, it takes over an hour to receive etc. There was a ton of lettuce in our cheesy bean and rice burrito, which isn’t supposed to have lettuce in it. Cheese quesadilla had some weird meat put in it, I swear the food is messed with I wouldn’t trust it. Avoid this location at all costs, and maybe their employees need to be drug tested lol

  We normally go to this spot when we want taco bell, but recently it's been so bad! The wait time the last two times we were there took over an hour to get our food! My husband decided to go into the store this time and noticed our meal was getting pushed down multiple times over the friends of the co workers..... And we he reported it and asked why we haven't gotten our food after an hour he got yelled out! Please just go to the other taco bell in town I've heard it's so much better......

  Will avoid this place at all costs considering their customer service. Ordered food online last night to pickup in the drive through at 9PM and sat there for 50 minutes just to get cold food and no compensation for the wait or anything. Couldn’t even get a few extra sauce packets cause they’re 20 cents each 🤣 just got attitude and shattered tacos when I was polite the entire time, up until I got a rude response. Waiting in line for 50 minutes is insane and will never be back.

  It is one thing to forget an item in an order, but when we bring it to your attention and you give us a taco shell filled with just sour cream in return, what else is there to say about the service? This was for my child, and we got back out on the road and we’re a few miles out before we realized it. No words….

  Absolutely will avoid this location. Took over 20 minutes fto get food. Only one table had food at a time. We ate and left before anyone else got their food. When I was called to counter to get food, multiple staff were standing around shooting the shit and not working. Bathroom did not have towels, soda machine didn’t have ice and it smelled funny over by it. Serious management issues here…. Or lack there of. No one wiped a single table the full 30 minutes we were there. Flies in eating area…. Just overall nowhere I would eat again.
