Ordered burrito with no sour cream, there was sour cream on it. Ordered nachos bell grande, was soggy and chips were stale. Attempted to add a drink to my online order, was cut off mid-sentence by the speaker person. Every time I have been to this location I have had a horrible experience. Will not be ordering from this taco bell anymore. Troutville taco bell is superior.
