- CPchristina pierreSep 14, 20251.0I went to this Taco Bell on September 14th around 2:30 a.m. and this was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. The hours say 3:00 a.m., yet when I pulled up one worker told me to go ahead with my order and another man immediately cut in saying “we’re closed.” At first I thought he was joking because no professional employee should speak to a customer like that. I understand closing early and I understand being tired, but there is a way to treat people with respect. Instead this worker was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He even asked if I had ever worked fast food before and tried to justify refusing service because “the food was already put away.” Talking to customers like that is unacceptable. For all he knew, I could have been the franchise owner or corporate. Someone with that kind of attitude should not be dealing with customers or handling food. I will never return to this location and I will be warning others not to waste their time here. I will also be reporting this to corporate or the franchise owner, and escalating it through the Better Business Bureau.
