  I love Taco Bell and this is the only one near me, so I come here a lot. 50/50 shot that someone will roll your burrito the wrong direction and you'll end up with one end that's all rice and another end that's all sour cream. I don't honestly care if they're polite or friendly, it's a fast food transaction, you can be rude to me as long as you give me my food and it's correct. But come on. How hard is it to roll a burrito the right direction?

  We waited for a significant amount of time for the food, ordered very clearly on the speaker and yet they don’t give all the items we requested. Overall poor service and workers, poor atmosphere, and the portions of the food aren’t sufficient. Will likely not come back here ever.

  I am a food delivery driver and this store has a line to the streets and they take forever sat fore more than 25 minutes none of the others are this slow nearly 7 delivery drivers left due to the wait....... the workers do not care. I am hoping the corporate office can do something about this matter

  Outside looks like it is abandoned... never been inside because it's closed. They forgot my taco as always that's part of what I ordered.

  If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars, I would. The food was cold and stale, and the drink tasted awful—barely any syrup in the soda. To make things worse, I saw a cockroach crawling on the kiosk and flies buzzing around the restaurant. The customer service was terrible: the employees were rude, didn’t give me my chips and cheese or cinnamon twists that I paid for, and I also paid for extra sauce but didn’t receive any. Even after asking for sauce, they gave me nothing. They first told me they were out of Cinnabons, then later said it would be a 7–9 minute wait (for something that only takes about 30 seconds to cook). On top of that, they even gave me another person’s food by mistake. The entire place felt dirty, grimy, and unsanitary. At this point, this Taco Bell honestly needs to be shut down.
