  This place needs to get its staff together! The male manager can sit outside and smoke all day and then have the nerve to act like customers are inconveniences. Close the inside very early and then you can’t even walk up to the drive thru which makes no sense. At this point they just need a whole new crew

  Ordered w the mobile app to pick up at the drive thru and they made us come inside to get our food. Once we went in we still had to wait. Food was good but they were out of empanadas!!! We love the empanadas!

  I get that this franchise may have stopped serving breakfast, but telling me “no Taco Bell serves breakfast anymore” is simply false. Just be honest with customers

  I went through the drive-thru yesterday around 8:30 pm, and the young lady working was rude and unprofessional. I didn’t even trust her to make my drink afterward. I live just three blocks away and come here often. When I get good service, I sometimes tip at the drive-thru, but not this time. If you’re unhappy with your job, try other employment.

  I went through the line and my order was wrong but the sticker on the bag let me know it was entered right. Went inside to get it fixed and received a coupon for the inconvenience but also received a completely different item than what I ordered. Again, the sticker on the bag had the correct order. First mistake was small, second time I received something else entirely.
