- DRDebbie RileyOct 12, 20251.0I had a problem with my order that I placed thru the mobile app and tried calling the store 5 times they would pick up and hang up every time.This is very poor customer service.I will never buy anything from that location again and I am going to delete your app.I am a regular customer at this location but you clearly don't care about your customers so I will be spending my money elsewhere.

When I went to pick up my drink the top came off since it was not properly sealed and spilled my soda all over my white shirt. I immediately went back inside the store to explain to the manager (Kam is what I was told but highly doubt) what happened, he shrugged it off as if it was nothing. I asked them not to fill the drinks all the way to the rim of the cup. I was given a replacement drink and they did the same thing again, cup filled to the rim and spilling over outside the cup. I was never offered anything to compensate my ruined shirt.
