After placing the order, while waiting on the line my kids canceled the burritos. At the window I apologized to the attendant who was very understanding, but another woman in the background could be heard complaining and cussing over the cancellation. What kind of professionalism is that? I understand the inconvenience, and promptly apologized for that, but to make loud complaints against customers is unacceptable. I’ll contact corporate over this as well.
