They don't know the meaning of a fresh chalupa they refuse to ever make me a fresh chalupa and I won't go there at night because they don't switch out the food they just let it sit and serve it till it's gone and that's disgusting and I used to work at Taco Bell so I know exactly what they're doing the same thing third shift tried to do. Use second shifts food until it's gone nasty!!! These people should be ashamed of themselves they're rude at the speaker they rush you to order they leave out any sauces you ask for and they serve you cold nasty food this is the third time I went there and got disgusting food time for New Management

Waited 15 min in drive through, get to the mic and was told it would be another 15 min before I can even order. There were three cars ahead of me two bailed because of the wait. I was told they had to “catch up on mobile orders”🤦♀️ There were 6 cars behind me, I let them all know what was happening 4 of 6 bailed and so did I. Never again.
