    Used the drive through. It was swift and the food was Taco Bell. Was intrigued by the new steak burrito offerings. At $3 each ordered both. They do not re-heat well.

    Terrible Service!!! TERRIBLE! THE WAIT HERE THE LAST FEW TIMES , ESPECIALLY AFTER ORDERING ONLINE/APP AND THEN COMING 25 MINS LATER TO PICK UP ONLY TO WAIT 20 MORE MINS AND THEY SCREW UP MY ORDER , IS INSANE!!! IM SO UPSET. I PAID AN UBER AND THIS COST ME TONS OVER 3 MEALS AND A HIGH UBER BILL AND RUNNING BACK TO FIX MY ORDER. SHAME ON THIS SLOW TACO BELL!!!! NO EXCUSES. ILL JUST GO TO ZAXBY'S AT LEAST THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT!!! JUNK FOOD ISNT.

    This store has the worst customer service. If you walk up to the counter you will be completely ignored. I went to get a mobile order. I stood at the counter while two employees stood talking at the drive through window amongst themselves for several minutes. After asking what I needed they went to the back and said I was in the waiting room. I could hear a male loudly yell that he did not care and I could sit and wait in the waiting room. It had already been at least 15 minutes since placing my order. When the girl returned to the front I told her I wanted a refund. She went back until the kitchen to some more yelling. I was then told they could not offer a refund on a mobile order and was given a phone number on a sticky note to call to get a refund. The yelling male with the attitude came uo front to tell me he was busy all day with two people working and had cars in the drive through. The girl at the counter was very nice and embarrassed at the situation. It was one of her first days there. The older male who may have been the manager should not be employed there.
