I absolutely could not believe the size and price of the small drinks....TINY and they cost $2.79. The burrito supreme had also "shrunk". RIDICULOUS! You decrease portion sizes and increase prices...good luck with that. You just lost another customer!
Everything was cold which is weird considering we only live a couple minutes away..then we had vegetables in our food when we clearly (as shown on the receipt) asked for no vegetables..every single time I order from this location our food is wrong and cold..I thought, maybe after a couple months of not ordering from there they’d actually have things straightened out by now..but no..nothing is ever being done even when I call and ask for a refund and for things to be remade they say no..
After the 4th time this Taco Bell completely screwed my ENTIRE order up, figured I’d share. Third time they’ve not supremed my supreme tacos. 2nd time they’ve looked like this. Just pitiful. Along with dumping chips in the bag, leaving things out bc they were “out” without saying anything (caramel empanadas), and giving diet drinks instead of regular. This location just suuuucks. I guess they assume everyone going there just came from the bars, so they do less than the bare minimum. Get it together bruh
we were just now there, not only was our order put in completely wrong, but it came out different from how it was even rang up. i asked for this to be fixed to what we actually order to have the bag snatched from me and left outside of a locked lobby for 40 minutes just to receive an even worse version of the same order, which was all empty shells this time. then i was ignored at the door, and was argued with and insulted at the window before it was slammed in my face. thank you for wasting an hour of my time, AND stealing from me since you were not even willing to give me the correct version of the incorrect food that WAS paid for. this was genuinely the most upsetting and disgusting experience i’ve had at any taco bell in my life, those employees should be ashamed and especially replaced with someone at the LEAST willing to give me what was paid for.

Just had the worst experience at this taco bell. They were extremely rude. Cutting me off the whole time I was ordering then gave me my total and told me I had to pull around to order again because they were on a timer.. I barely had time to look at the menu!! I ordered two orders of cinaballs and they only gave me one! Then when I tried to call the store once I got home and realized my order was messed up, it just rang and rang then said call disconnected. The food sucked too! I've never called corporate in my life but you better believe I'm calling first thing in the morning!
