  I love taco bell so much. I dined in a couple weeks ago. I always get a baja blast , 5 layer burrito , and nacho fries (when they are available). it’s always amazing. usually taco bell makes me sick but this one did not. the people working there made you feel comfortable and not in a rush. they provided me with everything i needed. so very very helpful. used my app and got a free burrito to! the girl that took my order was so happy for me to get a free burrito, where as some places act rude if you have coupons/rewards. will be returning. i sadly can not remember the girl that took my order. i’m pretty sure she was 17-18. not 100% sure. but she deserves a reward or raise for how helpful and kind she was. not from around here either so didn’t know how customer service would be but it was excellent. thank you guys. 🫶🏼

  I visited this location tonight to have my food replaced because they messed up my order. The person at the drive thru told me they were closed for maintenance but failed to provide a time frame to what time they would reopened to begin service. Most ppl do that but lack of service and providing great customer they made me feel like I was bothering them and they are a fast food restaurant. I would highly recommend going to another Taco Bell and not this one. I also will be contacting the manager tomorrow of poor service and hopefully he sees how his night staff behaves

  Jed (or Jett), who claimed to be a manager, was extremely rude. I ordered a Crunchwrap but was given a chicken chalupa instead. When I went back to politely ask for the order to be corrected, I was treated very poorly. This was an unacceptable experience.

  This Taco Bell messed up our order. We called and talked to a manager named Karen and she said we could come back for a remake. We tried to go back several times during the day but they were always closed. We finally made it back to get our remack with the receipt and they denied our remake saying it had been too long. The worker and the makanger on duty who told me no though the Drive-Thru speaker were rude and they yelled at me. I will never go back to this location. I just want my remake order. My only hope now is that this location closes.

  The customer service needs alot of work not very friendly i have had so many orders wrong and was treated very disrespectful at the drive through. Even when i tried to make her smile and brighten her day got disrespect. I feel like going inside this restaurant should be an option but there door remains locked. I hope things start to change
