  We were really looking forward to trying the new Taco Bell in Yorkville, but our experience was very disappointing. We ordered 13 items — tacos, chalupas, gorditas, and a quesadilla — and almost everything was cold or stale. Two tacos were forgotten at the counter, the meat was cold, and the chalupa shells tasted old. We spent $78 and expected much better from a brand-new location. Hopefully management reaches out to make this right, because we’d love to give it another chance.

  Well, here we go new Taco Bell in Yorkville already heading to shity service. After being asked to repeat myself from a person that can barely speak English for a third time I just pulled off. Tried it out for the first time today, and it seems to be the same old same old. What a shame.

  New owners new management at this location still shitty service waited in line for an order pick up for over 30 minutes

  Just reopened after a remodel. Looks great! Staff is still training but very nice.
