  Stopped by on a Sun at 9pm. Ordered a burrito supreme in drive-thru. I was literally the only customer. Dining room was empty. I counted at least 4 employees besides the drive-thru guy, and I took them about 5 minutes to complete my order. It was barely warm, and consisted primarily of refried beans and soggy lettuce. Finally found a bit of meat and a couple of pieces of tomato at the end. Never again.

  We came in apparently just before the lobby closed they did not tell us it was closing and the sign on the door didn't say the lobby closed at a different time than the drive through. They talked to us while we ordered our food for dine-in still didn't say anything. We waited 20+ minutes for our food and as soon as we sat down to eat it they stopped us and told us we had to leave because the lobby is closed. I told them we ordered for dine-in before they closed and she said it doesnt matter you have to leave. Only thing they did for us was remind us why we don't eat at taco bell.

  Literally 25 min to get my food. Staff just ignored you and didn't apologized. Other customer complained and heard the cook say maybe I should get them an application....this place sucks. The owner should feel bad

  Can you stop putting the damn Mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag and smashing the rest of the food on top of it? I’d really appreciate it. It tends to smash the box into the food and all the topping stick to the lid. I know in your head it seems right to put the box on the bottom, but no. Just don’t. To add, I cannot think of a time in the last 3 months where I’ve gotten home with my order and I’ve had all my food. I’m always missing a taco, a burrito, chips, cheese, or something. It’s literally on the screen when you bag it up at expo. It’s super easy to get it right the first time.

  I entered the drive through around 11 o'clock.I didn't get my food until eleven twenty three and my order was incorrectly made. The order taker did a good job of putting the order in correctly but it was made wrong. Tried to call the store as the line is forever long and the doors are locked. The phone rang several times and went to a busy signal. I've already stopped frequenting this location that I used to come to daily because of increase in prices and the inability to get my order correct.
