The nighttime worker/manager Kieran has no customer service. He is rude. Disrespectful!!!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Taco Bell deserves it after my recent visit. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional, both in how they treated me as a paying customer and as a DoorDash driver just trying to pick up an order.
When I arrived, no one acknowledged me for several minutes — even though there were multiple employees standing around. When I finally asked for help, I got attitude instead of basic courtesy. The order I was picking up wasn’t ready, even though the app said it had been prepared for a while. When I asked for an update, the worker snapped at me and told me to “just wait,” with no explanation.
To make things worse, my own food order was wrong and cold by the time I got it. The overall atmosphere was chaotic, with poor communication and zero sense of urgency or customer care.
I understand everyone can have a busy night, but that doesn’t excuse disrespect or laziness. Management needs to seriously retrain this team on professionalism, customer service, and order accuracy.
Until then, I won’t be returning — and I’ll warn other Dashers and customers to avoid this location.
First off they messed up my order of 2 fiesta potatoes and gave me nachos then after I requested to get my original order it took them over 20+ minutes to FINNALLY get my fiesta potatoes mind u the item is a SIDE.

Ashland location is incredibly slow and orders are often a trashy thrown together version of items you usually really enjoy at other Taco Bells. They don’t give accurate proportions for the ingredients. It’s sloppy and cold.
I pulled in and was one car back from the speaker. There was a solid line to the window and it was 9:15 pm. Very shortly someone pulled in behind me so I was locked in, no backing out now. This made me nervous because I’ve rarely gotten through in less than 15 minutes. 10 minutes in and the line had not moved and inch. I finally got to the speaker and was greeted by AI, which was surprisingly polite, efficient, and accurate. At 23 minutes I got to the window and paid and was given accurate change. As I sat for the next 4 minutes waiting for my food-like product I was wondering why they use an AI order taker. The person in the drive through window was only there to take money, and pass food through the window. They paced back and forth nervously, and I scanned the area and did not see my soda. I had time to contemplate why they didn’t prepare drinks for every order in line instead of pacing. Foreseeing that they were going to forget my soda when the food finally appeared, I had a decision, wait and then remind them of the only other thing they have to do besides take money and pass food through and cause further delay. So instead I decided to tap on the window and startle the person who looked at me like they were shocked someone was at the window, I asked politely for my soda while I waited. They responded by asking what soda I had ordered. The one that comes with the number 7 meal. “Oh yeah! Sorry about that”. 27 minutes later I was on my way home with smashed Mexican pizzas and cold, broken tacos. I would recommend going inside if possible, that way if it looks like it’s going to be 1/2 hr for “fast” food that’s also cold, and in varying states of disarray, you can ask for a refund and leave. THERE IS NO ESCAPE FROM THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE ONCE YOU'RE LOCKED IN!!
