Tried items off the new menu, crispy chicken burrito, tasty, crispy not burned, good flavor not overly spicy. Would order again.
I understand that sometimes the drive through can be down. However I am a disabled veteran and the way this was handled was entirely inappropriate. I order my food ahead so I can just go through the drive through and pick it up. I was not prepared to get out of my car. In the drive through across the speakers they tell me the drive through is down and I must come in, I tried to explain, but they just kept repeating I must come in. I had a very hard time walking to the counter and it’s very hard for me to stand for any amount of time unassisted. I simply can not understand why since the food was already ordered and we could communicate properly over the speaker, why it couldn’t be handed to me.

Very cold food. I will never order. Food was 0 . No respect for people food
8 people working, 3 made eye contact with me, no one even had a thought of helping us for over 20 mins, just checking their phones, chitchatting, walking around. I hate being rude but I had a mobile order, and ended up having to go through drive so they couldn't ignore me anymore. Insane.

I don’t know who was working tonight 9/19/2025 but they obviously just there for a check. I placed an online order, spent about $36, ordered 3 meals & one WHOLE meal was wrong. First the chalupa was completely missing out the box, the 5 layer beefy burrito was supposed to have NO BEANS, add lettuce & tomato which is an extra cost, had plenty of beans, no lettuce or tomato so that had to be thrown away, the soft taco supreme had no tomato’s,. Does anybody pay attention to when stuff is removed off of an item? The person who ordered the burrito is ALLERGIC to beans, luckily they paid attention or Taco Bell would have had a lawsuit! I should dispute the charge on my card cause that’s ridiculous
