Beware of this location! On 10-17-25 **The manager was extremely argumentative** with me on the phone over a cold quesadilla and a cold taco that was given to me from the store. The cheese was not melted AT ALL in the quesadilla and the taco meat was also cold to the touch. The food was clearly not heated properly. The manager then told me that what I said isn’t true! All because she said she had two supervisors or something, all of sudden it’s just impossible to mess up food according to her. When I asked her why she was calling me a liar, she then acted dumb and pretended she didn’t say any of that. I had to literally explain to her that me calling to complain about cold food and her IMMEDIATELY telling me that it’s not possible cus she has two supervisors (or something) and that what I said isn’t true (verbatim by the way) is indeed calling me a liar.
So apparently I, the customer, am wrong and I am also apparently lying about my food being cold. Man, I must’ve been hallucinating then cus the food was clearly cold as hell and not heated enough.
Definitely never giving my money to this over-priced joint ever again.
Whoever that female manager is should not be in a customer facing job. That customer service was so appalling, I have never been called a liar by a company when calling to complain about service in my entire life.

The only Taco Bell we'd go to is in Cheifland, Florida. They made the food like they're supposed to. Now, our last two visits were tiny. They didn't fill up the taco, mexican pizza had cheese halfway up, burrito supreme had mostly beans. It's just like the ones in Lake City and Alachu.
Must be new management. IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE t
