- JSJenn S2 days ago1.0Terrible service. Will not be going back! Went through the drive thru, AI took the order and messed it up so an employee came on the mic to fix it. Then when we pulled up to the window the order was still messed up and they had to correct it. The cashier didn't want to correct it, another employee came up and helped make the corrections. Finally got my order, looked in the bag to make sure everything was there after all the confusion and the cashier told me I needed to leave because I was holding up the line during rush hour. Very rude and disrespectful.

A young lady was working the register and she didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. I feel like we had a relatively small and simple order (2 flaming hot grilled cheese burritos, 2 diablo chicken nacho fries, crunch wrap supreme, luxe cravings box, and 2 drinks). We only got 1 burrito 1 nacho fries and the manager was very rude and didn’t seem to care. If you plan on dinning in I wouldn’t recommend unless the kiosks are working. Very poor service.
