We came here at 1:10am through the drive through and told that they were taking "online orders only" then proceeded to WAIT IN LINE FOR 45 MINUTE just to leave... because the vehicle infront is waiting on food.... make it make sense... UPDATE: The vehicle waiting on food left without their food and only their soda.... again, make it make since.
- EDemmalie demmersOct 25, 20251.0if i could put one star i would. normally have no problems with this location but it took twenty minutes to get to the order window and when we did they told us we could only do one mobile order per car so we were told to get the second one to pull around and go through the line again. so we get one order and pull around, wait another twenty minutes just fir them to say we are only doing deliveries, we placed the order a full hour ago at this point so they start making it but said it would take about 30-40 minutes. now i understand being understaffed and how fast food is, being someone that has worked in fast food for 5 years, but this is ridiculous.

I didn’t catch her name, but the employee with pink hair and braces provided exceptional customer service — truly a breath of fresh air. She was kind, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure my large order was perfect. Her professionalism and genuine attitude made the experience outstanding. I left impressed and grateful — thank you for restoring my faith in great service!
