  I've been coming to this taco bell for a while and I love it here. Everybody in drive-thru is so nice, and the few times they've messed up my order they've been so nice and quick to make it right. I went to the drive-thru today around 4pm and am deeply in love with whoever made my tacos. They were nice and fat and wrapped up tight like babies. Incredible work

  Apparently Taco Bell isn't expensive enough as it is. that they now hope you don't realize, that when you order extra sour cream on something they charge you twice for that. Just went through the drive-thru and got two items both which came with sour cream to begin with, and I requested extra sour cream on both of those, and I'm watching the screen as Katie is typing in my order and enters ADD sour cream four times!! I was also asked if I wanted any sauce, and I replied that I would like mild and hot, and when I got to the window and got the $20 bill for my two items and a drink I asked her if she charged me four times for sour cream, and why is she did that! So I get charged for two things I did not order, I don't get hot sauce or mild sauce like I requested and one napkin. I could eat cheaper for this at a high-class Mexican restaurant! Unbelievable! now I know why I go to Wendy's and Burger King and order off their value menu, I could come to Taco Bell once and pay for three lunches somewhere else! One reason I haven't been here in a long time is for things just like what happened today!!

  Came in for a quick order with a friend and was helped by the manager Victoria, super friendly and helpful just wanted to give a shoutout to her for being so cool with us

  Mostly ADU students. I ORDERED FOOD.ADD THE KIOSK, AND SOMEHOW IT ENDED UP THIRTY FIVE MILES AWAY AT ANOTHER TACO BELL. EMAIL TACO BELL CUSTOMER SERVICE.AND WAS NEVER PROVIDED A REFUND FOR MY MONEY. I GUESS THAT'S THE BEAUTY OF ORDERING AN APPS THESE DAYS AS SOON AS YOU SIGN IN EVERYTHING IS DEFAULTED. PLEASE ADDREAS THIS TACO BELL. PEPSI... WHOEVER YOU PRETEND TO BE.
