I just went through the drive-through at the Taco Bell on Main Street. I ordered a chicken taco if there was chicken in it it was so small. I couldn’t find it and I also ordered a black bean crunch wrap. I got a crunch wrap that wasn’t a black bean in it. The flavor of everything was good. The girl at the window was very nice, but they didn’t listen and I clearly said crunch wrap with black bean I emphasize black bean when I ordered.

These guys need some training on customer service. Perfect example of leadership today...none. Acknowledgement is key for customers, and the self order has really made the employees no longer personable.

In from out of town and don’t have a car. I have diabetes and my blood sugar was low and needed something to raise it up. I saw that this store was open until 1 and arrived at the restaurant with 35 minutes to spare. I walked 16 minutes to get to the restaurant. When I arrived the doors are locked and state that they close at 1. No where is it posted that the lobby closes before 1. Tried to place a mobile curbside order but it wouldn’t allow it due to closing. I tried to walk through the drive thru. The women said they couldn’t serve me legally because I was on foot in the drive thru. Long story short I still have low blood sugar and now have to walk back to my hotel with no food. Pretty sure my order would have been just fine to make. I get that these employees want to go home but I still had 35 minutes before the store closed. Just frustrating.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store as a doordasher. I walked in to pick up two orders. I was told that one of them had already been picked up but this was my first time walking into this Taco Bell in over a week. I explained that I was there to pick up the order and I’m not sure what else to tell them. I had called the customer and they said they had not received the order and both my app as a dasher and their app as a customer said that the order had not been picked up yet. What I can only guess was the “manager” (he had an eyebrow piercing, I didn’t get his name) was so rude and refused to remake the order saying I needed to somehow make the order go back through their system in order for him to remake it. I called DoorDash and they called him and requested he remake the order and he told them that all I needed to do was show him that the red order was on my phone, which I happily did thinking “finally I can get my customer their order.” He looked at it, shook his head and still refused to remake it saying that he needed them to send it again for “inventory reasons” and that if he remade this order (2 beefy 5 layer burritos btw, that was the order, just two burritos) he would get fired because “inventory wouldn’t match up” after about 30-45min of trying to get him to remake the order so that the customer could get the food they paid for, he finally did and said he’d never remake another order it DoorDash again. I had already felt so horrible that they even had to deal with this in the first place, but the whole interaction had me leaving in tears. I had just clocked on and that was my first order of the night and I was so upset that I just clocked out right after delivering the orders. I have had an instance or two where an order has to be remade, whether because someone took off with it right before I got there, or because another dasher took off with it, but this was the first time the interaction of trying to get it figured out has left me in tears. I’m NEVER going back to that Taco Bell again. Not as a customer, not as a dasher, and I wouldn’t recommend this particular store to anyone I know. I’d sooner drive to the Taco Bell in delta where I’ve been in millions of times and have never left in tears.
