My Cheesy Gordita Crunch or classic Beef Burrito is usually perfectly made, toasted just right, and actually warm. If you manage to catch them during an off-hour (like 2 PM on a Tuesday), you'll zoom right through the drive-thru, and the staff is usually super friendly and quick. Seriously, I've had zero issues during those times. The Not-So-Good: The moment it hits dinner rush (around 5-7 PM), strap in. I’ve definitely waited 15 minutes or more in that line, and that’s when the mistakes start happening. It’s like a coin flip whether my order is 100% right. They constantly forget my side of Nacho Cheese, or worse, skip the hot sauce packets I asked for, leaving me high and dry when I get home. Also, the food prep gets sloppy when they're slammed—sometimes my Crunchwrap looks like it was assembled by a toddler.
