No one in management or ownership who experienced what I just experienced would allow it to continue. Great example of a franchise location that doesn't have ownership or management eyes on the property. I will be going to a different location from now on seeing how finger The inside of the cups the bottom side of the cup lids before filling them with drink. She then proceeded to pour half of it over my arm when she handed it to me through the drive-thru. I will make it a formal complaint using their system online besides this review.

When I tried to say something, they ignored me, literally ignored me. I finally got someone’s attention after 5 minutes of them starring at me only for them to try to give me the wrong food and walk away. Then with attitude, one of the girls put a cup in front of me and turned her back. I said we bought two drinks, and she rudely slammed another cup in front of me and turned her back. After almost an hour, we finally got our food. I will never come back to this location ever again. I’ve never thought I’d get that many dirty looks and that much rudeness ordering fast food. Unbelievable. I hope everyone working here today gets re-trained.
