I am not sure how this passed the “do I hate the general public this much?” test, and made it out of the building. Enough said. 🤮🤮

This Taco Bell is often more misses than hits...but this visit was a hit...food was very well made, very fresh, and came out quickly.

I asked for my food to be bagged separate before I started my order cashier said sure. Well it wasn't then I asked worker to an they did. But when I got it it was just all bags handed. Plus one item out in a bag when I asked which bag because nothing is marked worker say should of asked or if the cashier has a button 🤷🏿♀️ I paid for avocado ranch 2 times didn't get it on food. Then my food everything I said I didn't want was on it. I said no onions beans or sour cream. I got the $9 meal. The environment is off as to why we didn't stay to eat in the workers cursing gloves they got on got they phones out an preparing people food. Trash need to be emptied. I guess management don't look at the cameras. The cups he was given us I said can we get clean cups they had soda an stuff around the mouth of the cup. He had to get cups from drive thru. I would t give any stars if it was setup that way. Bad experience was so ready for this meal😡 I don't see how this store has a 98.5 should be lower
this taco bell used to be great. i had went and gotten food in person and my order was messed up, i came back to get it fixed, arrived home to realize it was messed up again (this was about 2-3 months ago). the food was not only messed up, but burnt, hard, and just not tasteful. i decided to try it again yesterday night, and it was essentially the same. items were missing, my food was burnt, the chicken was hard, ingredients were stale. it is an incredibly unpleasant experience here

I had a Street Chalupa in Greensboro and it was so good that I decided to try it again at the High Point location. Big mistake. As soon as I bit into it, I knew something was off — it only had steak and sauce. No onions, no cilantro. I went back through the drive-thru and was told they were out of those ingredients. No apology, no heads-up before I ordered, and no offer of a refund until I asked. The employee looked annoyed and even asked for the half-eaten chalupa back before tossing it in the trash. Even with what looked like a manager standing right there, there was zero courtesy or effort to make it right. Really disappointing experience. Do better, Taco Bell (Eastchester High Point).
