  Absolute garbage service, we did dine-in and during our duration of eating inside, every person that ordered after us had returned to the desk due to something being incorrect on their order. We had multiple things wrong with our order as well. Nacho fries were just normal fries with little to no nacho seasoning on them, a nachos cheesy Gordita crunch was missing the sauce and we were given a normal taco instead of a crispy cantina chicken taco. A sign at the entrance states you are not allowed to record staff, I wonder why…

  This place is terrible! Employees are slow and have terrible attitudes, no matter when you go. It's a disgrace and should be shut down!

  Worst tacos I've ever had. Ordered 5 hard tacos. Slapped together. No meat. Terrible. Do not recommend this Taco Bell in Sevierville

  Wanted something quick after a long day at Dollywood and stopped here. We had a large order and only waited a few minutes in drive through. Staff are super nice!

  I have tried to order from this location twice within a week period only to be told that they are out of almost everything. Whoever is running this franchise is a joke. Close this location.
