  Stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to serve me an my daughter. all kinds of workers made eye contact we waited patiently. A nice ladie Finally walks up and says hey may I help you. and I said yes please. she said you pay with cash for card I said cash. she said OK you could order at the kiosk. Me and my daughter start making our order then Another worker tells me hey lobby is closed pretty much get out l. So we left and went to McDonald’s and you guys lost out on a 39$ order

  Workers were SO rude. I ordered online and was forced to wait 40 minutes after i was told it would only be 20 because they ran out of beef. first of all why are we running out of beef when most of the stuff there is beef?!? They were so rude and weren’t friendly at all either. When I actually got my food it was so disgusting i just threw it away. not satisfied at all.

  I’ve already left a review about how awful this place is but I will fr never order here again I’ve tried getting food delivered these past two and both of the orders had just the complete wrong food I don’t understand how hard it is read a ticket as someone who works in a food service as well I can tell you it isn’t hard at all but apparently the people working there can’t read

  This taco bell is awful, I've never had such bad experiences today I got two bean burritos, chips and guac, a cheesy roll-up, Mexican pizza, beefy 5 layer, a regular crunchy taco and a dorito crunchy taco. When I got back home I had supposedly all of my food and then come to find out they did not give me to bean burritos instead I got two chili burritos. The Doritos taco was exchanged for a regular crunchy taco. And the guacamole which I've shared a picture of there was literally barely any guacamole in there. I have been to this Taco Bell so many times in the past year and every single time I regret it because they always get my food wrong. Me and my husband have been during the day and until about 8:00 at night they're great typical Nationwide Taco Bell, but we're college students so nightlife is an essential part of our routine he and I both typically get off between 9:00 and 11:00 so Taco Bell is one of our only options for dinner at that point. Considering they get our order wrong more often than not it is entirely upsetting every time when we are exhausted and trying to get a decent meal for them to constantly screw up and make our days worse. He and I have both had mental breakdowns because we were getting ready for a delicious meal only for half of our food to not even be there these people either need to step up their game or just leave because this is insane.
