  I ordered thur the app- I waited almost 1hr for my food! Seems like they had plenty of workers- so what is the problem w/ getting food? Place is fairly clean. I was not the only 1 waiting- everyone was, even the drive thur! Food was ok. Husbands soft shells didn't have much meat & nacho cheese was filled about 1/3 full is the only thing wrong w/ food!

  Genuinely the slowest drive though I've ever been in. Been in line for over 25 minutes just to order, then another 30 to get our food. I probably spent more on gas while idling..

  I’m giving a one star review because I find it rude for them to ask to round up my change so they can use MY money for their tax deductible donation. I’m also giving one star because the Cinnabon‘s come cold from this store (only McPherson) and when I asked about that I was told they were supposed to be cold, which is not true.

  It seems like any time after 7pm, this Taco Bell takes a minimum of 25 minutes. Most of the staff i've encountered are rude as well. Can almost always expect at least one item of your order to be wrong. In my latest experience, I drove their and arrived about 30 minutes before they closed, just to be told that they already turned off their fryers (30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE) and they can't make any food.

  Service is slow. Go in and you'll hear them fight over who is going to help you. Drive-thr is amazingly slow. Food is normally made wrong and looks like it was made by a blind person that just started. Honestly this place has been terrible for years I go every 6 months to see if it has gotten better. IT HASN'T.
