Before ordering my food, I was sitting inside charging my phone so I could pay with it. The store manager called the cops on me and accused me of being someone named "Natasha," who she claimed had previously been banned from the restaurant for taking trash out of trash cans and "messing up the place." My name is Kymorra, not Natasha. I have never engaged in that type of behavior. Despite explaining this, the cop gave me a barred "pink slip" notice and told me I could not return. I did not sign this paper, as I am not the individual she was referring to. This case of mistaken identity was both humiliating and unfair. I was treated as though I had done something wrong when I was simply a paying customer trying to order food. As a loyal customer, I do not believe I should be subject to false accusations and exclusion from your restaurant without cause. Respectfully . I am 18 yrs old and DONT have the time nor strength to be going through this . Overly embarrassing and ruined my whole day!! That manager with the tats needs to GO!!!!!!!!!! GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
