I’m disappointed with my experience today. This was supposed to be my fast-food treat day, and my order was not made correctly. I ordered two Doritos Supreme tacos, but what I received were the regular versions instead, missing the “supreme” ingredients I paid for. While the whole order wasn’t wrong, a significant part of it was, and it left me feeling like attention to detail just wasn’t there. I understand mistakes happen, but this seems to happen often in El Paso restaurants, where orders feel rushed and customers don’t get what they actually ordered. I hope management takes this seriously and makes sure staff double-check orders before handing them out. Customers shouldn’t have to feel frustrated after paying for something they didn’t receive. Also they don’t answer the phone, so I will be going down there tomorrow.

It's 9:30 p.m. and we just left Taco Bell. We were told that they don't have any items that are fried?! This same exact thing happened a few months ago so we had to go to the different location on transmountain, much better service and they had everything available on the menu I don't know how true the statement was that the employees gave however it did seem as they were saying there was no fried items in order to get the restaurant clean and possibly shut down faster for the night being that it was Sunday. Guess we'll find out tomorrow morning when I call
