Horrible service, apparently my delivery order was stolen and I had to fight with them to get it cancelled
I decided to pick up some Taco Bell after not having it for probably over 5 years, and now my husband and I both are fighting SEVERE food poisoning. I cannot even hold water down. Fever, chills, nausea, severe stomach pain, vomiting. Definitely not worth the mediocre food we had. Will NEVER eat Taco Bell again.
The food and the people were great but for some reason whoever made my burrito decided to put all of the sour cream at the last bite

The past 4 or 5 times i've been to this taco bell service has been unnecessarily moody. i've been going regularly for about a year to this specific location, and have liked people here prior. the past few months i basically am almost yelling my order because the cashiers always ask me to repeat myself. the first part of my order was a 12 count cinnabon pack, and a large baja blast with no ice. while she's talking in the background she's taking my order , and my screen doesn't update. she repeated my order back to me. then i got a 9$ deluxe box and asked for no sour cream on any of my items and some mild sauce. she asked if the order looked right on the screen, i told her i couldn't see the order, she just says "ohhhhkay..." and nothing else so i pull up. the drink had ice , they gave me 2 cinnabons instead of 12, there was sour cream on my items. and when i point something out that was wrong, the cinnabons was mainly what i wanted fixed, she 🤷🏼♂️ shrugs and says "okay" the same way she did before, and i just leave. Horrible customer service horrible attention to detail. Lack of attention and care. needs investigation.

Taco Bell is not worth the time or money. Remedial staff cant make food correctly. Old, not to standard, and just flat out not what I ordered. What is so difficult to understand about meat and cheese only. I will return for a refund and will never eat there again. Hope you go out of business.
