  I have gone three days in a row first day i understood i got there five minutes after 11 so I couldn’t get breakfast but RHE past two days 10 minutes before breakfast is over, they have been telling me they are completely out of breakfast items when I know it’s not true. Only reason I get there at the time i do is cause im rushing out of class to make it there on time. The service is just horrible.

  Food was good but that’s the only good thing about this store employee where openly smoking weed in the parking lot the whole place smells like weed and the men’s bathroom was one of the most disgusting restrooms I’ve ever been in

  Waited forever at the box to order my food, had to repeat "hello?" Multiple times before someone answered. Once I got to the window, waited forever again while cars pulled up quickly behind me like their order was taken instantly. Really bad and slow customer service

  Foolishly waited over an hour in store for a takeout order and never ended up getting my food. Received a refund (along with many who were in the same predicament), but will never get back that 1 hour of a beautiful Saturday evening that I spent in that strange establishment.

  Waited for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Could not take the order correctly. Person behind me asked to speak with the manager and the young lady manager stared cussing the customer out before he even got out what he was trying to say. The most unprofessional thing I have seen in a long time. Who ever owns this particular location needs to spend some time in it. 1 star is too high for this location.
