This Taco Bell location is easily one of the most overpriced I've been to. The "Build Your Own Box" option costs significantly more here compared to other Taco Bells, and to make matters worse, the portions are noticeably smaller. It reminds me of the downtown Burnside location which is frustrating in its own way due to unpredictable closing hours between 7 p.m. and 1 a.m.but at least their pricing isn’t inflated like it is here.Unfortunately, the quality of food preparation at this location is also lacking. Despite the staff being friendly, it doesn't make up for the apparent inexperience and the inflated prices. It honestly feels like 80% of the team could benefit from retraining or replacement just to meet basic standards. I've also never seen a manager on site, which might explain the lack of oversight and consistency.
I love Taco Bell. Been a customer of the chain for 30+ years. Probably been to about 100 of them, all over the west coast. It's easy for me to be happy with one. But this location stands out. Night crew is fast and friendly. They always get the loaded beef nachos just right. The nature of the dish is very simple, but putting it all together is an art. For me, it means a lot. Thanks everyone!

I ordered a cravings box with cinnamon twists. When I tasted a cinnamon twist it tasted like burnt plastic. The cinnamon twist were not burned themselves, so it’s safe to say somebody dropped something plastic in the oil they use to fry foods. I called and explained to someone on the phone that the cinnamon twist tasted like they did, and they literally admitted to me that they tasted them and thought they tasted odd. The next day I ordered more cinnamon twists. Thinking they fixed the problem, but they absolutely did not. They still taste like burnt plastic! After eating a couple, I don’t feel too good. I cannot believe how sociopathic people are. They are continuing to feed people food they know something is wrong with. It’s borderline evil! You better believe that I’m going to be contacting corporate about this.
Is it a five-star restaurant? No but it's a 5-star Taco Bell. The employees are always friendly, always get my orders right, you never have to wait long at the speaker, and they get through long lines super fast.
Not the best Taco Bell.
The Mexican Pizza wasn't done completely. The cheese was barley melted when they severed it.
I paid extra for flavorless tomatoes on my taco.
The woman in the booth next to me took off her shoes and put her feet up while gabbing loudly on her phone.
If I'd of had more time I'd of left.
Will NEVER go to that one again.
