  drive thru line was like 30 minutes long at 11ish pm, food was cold and sad, forgot my hard crunchy taco. worker was pretty nice at least

  This Taco Bell is lacking a lot lately. I don't know if it's because of the manager on duty or staff but my order has been wrong or either just cold. Its only 5 minutes away from my house so there's no real reason I should be waiting over half an hour for 3 items. How are they even open til 3am & don't even have the necessary items to make the food for the order placed? Luckily I was able to be refunded most of my money. I won't be ordering from this location for a long time. They need a new crew & management that cares about it's customers & delivery orders.

  I enjoy coming to this location, the food is always fresh and it's always on point! I wanna give a shout out to the lovely ladies and gentlemen who work and serve here. Thank you for always making my experience wonderful!

  We ordered a number three and a five layer burrito, which cost $18.43, they handed us three soft tacos, said have a nice day and close the window. We sat there showed them our receipt that they had given us the wrong order. Then, there was some discussion in the kitchen, and they handed us another order, and we looked in the sack and there was three tacos and two burritos, which the burritos were not the ones that we had ordered and they had so much beans and queso cheese that we couldn’t even eat it. And to top it off, the tacos were smashed in half, so they weren’t even tacos.We took one bite of it, and then threw the rest away. It was the most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten there, and will never eat at that establishment again. Shame on you, Taco Bell, you need some quality control at that establishment.

  Food was ok, but employees are not. Put my order in way ahead of time for drive through pick up. Store was dead, no other customers and still told us to park and wait. 10 minutes goes by and my husband had to go inside for our food. 4 employees and y'all are this slow. No. Will not be going back to this location.
