I ordered a Mexican pizza and it looked terrible & did not taste fresh. The cheese looked extremely melted in an odd way and it tasted like it had been sitting there for a bit. Also if you ask what kind of sauce, why do you give the wrong one?? Very disappointed and was grossed out.

Pay more for less food and they still get the order wrong, a solid two stars is consistent for Taco Bell

Disgusting. I ordered a Chalupa box. The chalupa was cold, chewy/tangy. I ordered The taco shell was all broken from all places.. I wish I could have taken pictures but I was so hungry...

I always give fair reviews, but I'm done with this location. I have given this taco bell location several opportunities to fill my order correctly and they have shorted me every time in at least 3 visits. I always ask for and pay for extra beef and/or extra cheese on my nachos bellgrande and every time the orders have been served with the standard amount, rather than what I paid extra for.

I’ve received someone else’s order or a mixup in items. I place pick up orders because I’m on my lunch break. They don’t give me any hot sauce. And the lobby was empty. So I don’t see why there’d be a mistake like that. :(
