I called them to let them know how close the address matched up to the location I was out and it went to the wrong place. I enjoy Taco Bell taking their time out of the night to worry I rather got to eat or not. The male person there working he was extremely nice and professional. I don’t think anyone could have handled that situation better. And I’m very appreciative. It might just be Taco Bell. But to me that’s an outstanding move to become bigger and better in the company 10/20/2025 north Eastman road 11:25PM ordered never showed up due to my mistakes above. Very happy with staff. I called home office thy gave me a refund.

Customer service is horrible. Lady didn’t say a word and then shut window in my face. I ask for no lettuce on my taco and 9 times out of ten it comes out like this.
- KRKevin RepassSep 16, 20252.0This location has had a recent remodel where they purposely hid the one remaining cash register at the counter, and installed four self serve kiosks. Two of which were out of service. At lunch time, people were backed up trying to figure out how to use the remaining kiosks that were actually working, and some older people simply refused to use them. I used one but was confused when I ordered a box meal that included a drink, but it added an extra cost after selecting a small soft drink as my choice. After I completed the order, it took another fifteen minutes for them to make it. If I hadn't already paid, I would have just left and went to one of the authentic, local Mexican restaurants where I could have gotten table service, my food would have come quicker, been more flavorful and would have cost about the same or maybe even less. This will be my last visit to this Taco Bell location unless I hear that they have replaced the kiosks with cashiers, and improved their food prep times.
