  One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to, they force you to use the kiosk to place order not everyone want to use a dirty computer. I want customer service greeted with a smile and asked what can I get for you today. But nope just rude over paid lazy employees who focus on drive through as major source of business. Food is always dry and cold like it’s been held over its hold time. I used to be a manager at a Taco Bell and it’s very sad walking into this dirty rude location. Step your game up and keep customers happy so you can stay in business.

  We've had our ups & downs over the last 16 years that we've come to this location, but today's visit was awesome! We ordered through the kiosk since our kids wanted to look at the items first. We had been waiting for about 20 minutes & still hadn't gotten our food, which isn't the norm here, but we gave them a pass since the drive-thru was really full. When he asked them where our food was they were flabbergasted since our food had already been picked up...... by someone else. I guess they said my name somewhat quietly & the people standing right next to the counter just grabbed it & walked out. All the people behind the counter were super apologetic & quickly remade all our food. They even offered an extra "something" for the wait. We declined the extra food, but they still slipped some free taco coupons into our bag anyway. Everyone we talked to was super nice & went right back to work with smiles on their faces. We will definitely be coming back to this store even though we live halfway between this location & another. Great job, guys & gals! 😁

  I was busy struggling through my order at the kiosk, when the order and payment I made disappeared. They didn't know how to do anything about anything. Other than tell me, I can wait two days for a refund, that was all the money I had to feed me in my family for that night. Staff tried insisting.It was my fault, but I did something wrong with the machine. Me and my family won't go in here if it were the last place on earth ever again.
