So like what's the deal with this location? Is it even open for business at this point?
I stopped by at like 4:00 PM on a random Friday and was told that they were closed until they had people that were able to come to work. I wanted some Taco Bell today, but I didn't want to just show up and have there be no people there so I tried calling first and the phone just rang and rang. It was like 2:30PM!
Let's be honest this TBell has sucked for so freakin long (at least a decade), that no one would be surprised if it had closed down.

Guy with the pink hair at the drive thru was very rude and had an attitude when I kindly asked for hot sauce when it was forgotten in the bag and dropped most of on the floor.

Easily, the slowest Taco Bell You will ever encounter be prepared? I'm not sure if the staff just don't care. Or or what? But it's been like this for a while.
We just avoid it now. And sometimes we're forced to stop there. Damn those times.... If you got trapped in that line , that'd be horrible. be warned of this slow Taco Bell, but they will be replaced by robot soon. Only have to pay like ten grand 4 1 of those puppies.

Arrived at 7:00ish. Drive thru packed went inside to order. No acknowledgement. Ordered at the kiosk sat down to wait. From that moment nothing but chaos. Mobile orders were coming in and being told that it would be a very long time before they got their orders. People were leaving without their food because their was no communication and they had been waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. The employees were probably tired and frustrated. The person in charge couldn't get anyone to listen to him so he was getting frustrated. Everyone except for him was moving slow. No one was talking to the full house of customers in the lobby. The whole situation could have been handled better. #1 stop taking mobile/ delivery orders if you don't have the capacity for it. Until you get caught up. #2 Close the lobby and just have the drive until you get caught up. #3 When you see someone walk in tell them it gonna be an hour before you get your food before they order so they can leave. We never would have ordered had we known about the wait. But now we had paid for our food. At 8:00 it still wasn't ready. We couldn't even get someone to refund us so we walked out as did others. To make it worse. About 45 min after we walked in. A friend of one of the employees walked in he came up to her joked around took her order and made her food and gave it to her along with her friends mobile order ahead of the 12 plus people waiting. So many things could have been done better. We are still waiting for a refund on food we never received
