  Waited in line for over an hour and got my food cold. Never going to this Taco Bell again.

  Unfortunately, one of the workers yelled at us for something we didn’t do. It was uncomfortable and unexpected. I hope management can address this so it doesn’t happen to others.

  Was told I had to order from the Kiosk... when I asked if I had to, or if they could take my order, she said "unless you want to wait!" (We were the only customers) The counter area smelled like pot and definitely didn't seem like we were welcome at all as customers. Definitely would not recommend.

  My daughter ordered online and went to pick up the order. She told the people her name and it wasn’t given to someone already. I just looked on life 360 and she has been waiting for 46 minutes. This is not acceptable. They just gave it to her as I was telling her to leave. It doesn’t take that long to make any order bare less one that the mistake was made by the restaurant! It should become first priority! Very unhappy with how this was jangled. New management maybe?
