No hello, no sorry for the wait, and no thank you. No problem, tho.. I figured he may have just been having a bad day. Fast forward to when I get home and go to eat my food only to find the tacos were drenched and much too soggy to eat. Having said that, I was too grossed out to eat them as I wasn't sure what they may, or may not, have done to them, so I threw them away instead. Whatever. It cost my $7.00 to know that I'll never go back there again. In closing, do yourselves a favor and avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

So I drove back around and finally received service. Devin took my order, and the next cars order was taken directly afterward. When I received my order, they had shoved everything into one bag. When I mentioned I had ordered 2 lux boxes, he said, "That's two lux boxes." Obviously, he doesn't know the difference between 1 bag and 2 boxes. When I mentioned again that I had ordered two lux boxes, I had the window closed in my face. When it came to food quality, both beefy 5 layer burritos were cold and made imprperly, both tacos had broken shells , and the cinnamon twist tasted as if they were fried in burnt oil and had a rancid smell. In conclusion, this was the most negative experience I have had at Taco Bell to date, and I was very disappointed with my visit as I frequent this location.
