  I ordered the new crispy chicken taco and instead I got a petrified chicken taco. I guess they’re either too lazy or they can’t afford to throw it in the trash… instead they’re giving it to the customers. I am not trying more seasonal items. Thanks Taco Bell.

  I ordered 9 items, with 3 of those being drinks, and three being sides. It took 45 minutes to get our food. There was about 5 other small groups of people (2-3 people) waiting and no drive thru line so idk what was going on.

  Got 3 chicken chalupa supremes for almost $20 at the Sanford WP ball location today 10/5/2025…..HARDLY ANY CHICKEN inside each one ……what the hell are we paying for ?? This is going way up to corporate….STOP RIPPING OFF THE CUSTOMERS!!!!

  Came in here concerned about reviews, but super hungry and wanting Taco Bell. We put in an online order, didn’t wait more than 7-8 minutes for the food. The order was accurate, hot, and portions were well done. The customer service was not lacking. Seriously, we were impressed and we will be back!!

  I waited on my order for 25 minutes and they got the order wrong. I called and talked with the manager and he was very nice and said he would make everything right. I told him it was to far to come back, but he said he would take care of me. I went back and asked for the manager and he never came. Someone getting the orders ready came and gave me the correct item. It was a waste of time and gas to go back for that. Never had trouble before, but won't go back.
