  Absolutely terrible service. Smashed and soggy and inedible food. Found a fly in my drink. Have ordered here multiple time and ALWAYS have missing items. Ordered delivery one time and it was delivered to the INCORRECT ADDRESS. Absolutely disgusting.

  I walked in and immediately got hit with an overwhelming rotten smell. I couldn't identify what it was, but it was bad enough that I just turned around and walked right back out.

  Go to the drive thru last night and the guy asks on my luxe box if I want sour cream, I say sure and then we get to the window and my box somehow costs $16. I ask why and he said the toppings are all extra and I’m like what? Can you make it not extra I just want a regular box now, and then he said it’s already ready and I can’t change it. He ended up adding beef, jalapeños and sour cream to every item in the box which added up to an extra like $5. That’s really absurd and I feel taken advantage of.

  I went through the drive through and ordered a steak quesadilla with chicken and no jalapeño sauce because im allergic they put the chicken on one of our other orders and I still got jalapeño sauce luckily I checked it before I ate it and the quesadilla wasn't even cut this was the worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell and I will not be coming back to this location because the incompetence of the workers here could have landed me in the hospital if I didn't check if you have any choice do not eat here choose any other location and just avoid this if at all possible
